“G.I. Joe: Retaliation” sits in second place for the highest grossing Easter weekend box office

“G.I. Joe: Retaliation,” which stars Channing Tatum and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, took the top honors in this Easter weekend’s box office with a gross of more than $50 million. The action flick comes in second place for the highest grossing Easter weekend box office record, right behind 2010′s Clash of the Titans. Animated film “The Croods” sits pretty in second place with $26.6 million while the number three slot went to Tyler Perry‘s “Temptation,” earning $22.5 million in its debut week.
